Our classroom is an ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching) environment that brings together students with a wide range of abilities, strengths, and learning styles. Many of my students have Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that provide them with the supports they need to succeed, while others are English Language Learners (ELLs) who are building both their academic skills and their confidence in a new language. In our room, inclusion isn’t just a word—it’s how we learn every day. Students work side-by-side, supporting and encouraging one another while embracing differences. We use technology to help bridge learning gaps, provide individualized instruction, and give every student the tools they need to shine. Whether they are working on reading comprehension, practicing math skills, or developing digital literacy, my students bring determination, resilience, and creativity to every task.
