These graphics tablets will enhance my digital art students experience and teach them tools that are used by professionals. Digital art training and experience can create opportunities for student who are interested in digital art, but maybe not so much traditional art. It opens them up to job opportunities in the art world that they never knew existed. Instead of trying to steer them away from digital art and design back toward tradition tools I hope to expand on their interests and encourage them to peruse technology and new ways of creating art. I have many students that have shown me digital works they have created and it is incredible. I want to see more of this for students who other wise wouldn't have access to this technology on their own.
