My class gives the opportunity to use machines like a vinyl cutter and a laser cutter. A 3-D printer would be a perfect addition to my offerings and give the students a new experience. Students would be able to design 3-D objects and then print them with the machine. The printer would be used for student centers. Each student would have the opportunity to design on classroom computers and then print their design. Every 7th and 8th grade students in our school would be given this opportunity with two 3-D printers.
