Studio lighting is necessary when teaching students to film. There is a need to darken our classroom to create dark scenes. Students have been researching and building volcanoes. They've studied how volcanoes erupt and darken the skies. They will film their volcanoes in different lightings. They will use iMovie to edit their films, create trailers, and invite other classes to view their movies through Apple TV. Apple TV allow students to mount their iPad wirelessly through the air and bluetooth. These presentation facilitate creative talent, time management, organization, public speaking and citizenship skills. These valuable skills are transferred from school to home, community, and abroad.
