I am a science teacher and our school focuses heavily on STEM. Even though the students are learning from home for the first few weeks of school, they CAN learn about the technology involved in designing an air purifier. We can discover what types of filters are available, how they work with different particles, how air purifiers help people with asthma and allergies, and how air purifiers have evolved over the years to where they are today. Allowing the students to work through these questions will give them a better understanding of why we have an air purifier in our classroom.
