This book will continue to enhance the mindful message we're creating on campus. Our goal after the online yoga club is to have each student take a moment and reflect on their state of being. We've already set up the club now we need help giving each child a workbook of their own. This book will help students that are learning online have a sense of community and let them focus on their feelings during this unique time in their lives. Every student book that is placed in their hands is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read and grow. This book has been chosen for the students ranging from 1st grade - 8th grade.
