In the event that the district goes virtual again, these resources can be used both in the classroom and virtually. Books can be read in person or via live computer sessions using Zoom. Social Emotional Books like the Grumpy Egg may help the students put into words their emotions that they otherwise are unfamiliar with how to express. Students in my classroom have internal issues they are trying to fight along with the desire to learn. The leveled books will help to improve the students' Reading levels, and in my classroom I have a variety of academic levels.
