The materials will assist in providing my art I students with the tools needed to delve into the study of the art elements and principles. Adjustments will be made to use easily accessible watercolor strips for all color theory lessons. Drawing pencils provide an excellent tool when mastering learning to shade. The same watercolor strips coupled with watercolor paper will allow my Art II students to master watercolor techniques and landscape painting incorporating layering. The advanced students will utilize the micron pens and Bristol paper pads to create advance Pen and ink drawings for our annual Pen and Ink Calendar.
