Each student in fourth grade will receive a weekly Scholastic News subscription that teaches life science, civics, and so much more. This year, because of Covid, we can't pull off funding. Students love reading about bullying, diverse cultures, and diverse people. After reading these texts, students show more empathy toward one another. I would have never believed it if I didn't see a photo myself! The impact this magazine has goes beyond the walls of the classroom. They bring the lessons home and in the community. Thank you.
