My students having access to their own seat sack will keep their books and materials safe from other students'. This is crucial during COVID, as all materials need to be individualized. Currently, we are using cardboard boxes that I've collected to keep materials together. These seat sacks will keep the students' books safe from breaking, bending, and tearing. Each student will keep their seat sack on their chair, and can easily access reading materials needed for lessons, as well as their books for independent reading time- a time which my students are coming to love and look forward to.
