The Investigative Workbook for the Artistic Mind is a student's personal record of their artistic journey. It is a place where they can reflect on what they have learned, what is happening to them daily, and how they feel, as well as working through drawing and painting techniques. These artist journals will keep record of the students artistic growth and will be used at home while distant learning and be brought to school when we come back into the classroom. Quality sketchbooks are important for students so they can explore different mediums such as ink, oil pastels, watercolor, and acrylic. With mixed media sketchbooks, students will be able to glue and collage directly into them.
