My students LOVE art! I would love to give them the opportunity to express their artistic side by providing them with other mediums other than plain old markers. The easels will help support my students by allowing them to paint and draw from a different perspective all while keeping the classroom clean and organized (which means more time to paint and make art). Students also love center time which allows them to explore and work together. Many of our center time toys are very old and need to be replaced or replenished. Our kitchen center is in need of a phone and a cash register as well. The cash register is important because it will help students make the connection between what we are learning in math to real life situations. Magnetic letters will also support students as we learn the alphabet and start blending letter sounds together to build words! There is so much learning going on in my kindergarten class, I would love to continue the growth and development with your help.
