These items will help build fine motor, visual motor, and sensory processing skills in order to increase their participation in the classroom and make them more successful. The items are typically used during a session to do just that. By working on hand strength and dexterity the skills of cutting, pre-writing, and handwriting are addressed and skills are being built. These skills are essential to school based activities and with early intervention they will be more successful. It it extremely important to build their skills early on to give them a fighting chance.
