Having this HP monitor will allow me to share my screen with my students on my computer, while using the monitor to keep an eye on the class. I will be able to check in with students and manage behaviors just like in the classroom. Most importantly, the monitor will help me to keep my distance learners engaged. Connections and relationships with my students are an important start to any school year. Those relationships allow students to feel comfortable taking risks throughout the entire year. By having a monitor, I will be able to check for understanding or frustration throughout my more difficult lessons. This will allow me to adjust my teaching to fit each student’s needs.
