I see many students in my office who are sometimes felling anxious or stressed. Usually these students in my office have a place to calm down, de-stress and share coping skills or calming objects in my office. This allows the students to resume their school day after the needed sensory break. Currently, we have to take careful precautions which means that students are no longer able to share these items. Each student learning virtually and hybrid their own comfort box. These items will allow each child their own items without have to share and risk spreading viruses.

About my class
