Cardiovascular endurance is the ability to exercise without becoming overly tired because your heart, lungs, and blood vessels are healthy. One way I would like to help my students practice cardiovascular endurance is by jumping rope. These jump ropes will provide me with a full class set at any given time. Students will be able to build their cardiovascular strength because they will use it the full class time, rather than having to share with a partner or two. This will help my boys and girls begin their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
