Distance learning has taken a toll on students in a variety of ways, but one frustration that many students share is that they do not have a quiet space in their home to participate in their classes. A third of my 60 students informed me that they are dealing with this problem. Many are hesitant to speak because they don't want their classmates to hear the background noise, or they are unable to focus on content delivery because there's too much going on around them. They apologize to me for staying on mute or for needing information repeated, but none of this is their fault. Please help me equip these wonderful students with some quality headphones to help them focus better in class!
