Through these One Minute Mindfulness Activities students will spend the first 5 minutes of every class exploring mindfulness each day. They will be writing down affirmations and dreams, practicing gratitude, and learning about failure and motivation in their own lives. I am a second year teacher and this project will make all of the difference in helping me be bring these practices to life in my high school science classroom! By donating to this project, you will not only help to improve student focus and memory, you will decrease feelings of stress and anxiety brought on by these unprecedented times.

About my class
