I work with students who are identified with having learning disabilities. Having the ability to give them each their own workbooks and materials will not only help them grow as learners, but will help them grow as people by giving them responsibility. I am requesting interactive phonics notebooks, sentence strip, and write and wipe pockets to help them learn the foundation of language skills! My students will love being able to call those workbooks their own and will be able to practice whenever they have free time. Since they haven't been in school for many months, being able to work independently will be amazing because I can see what they remember and what they need more practice on. Then, I can use these resources to provide targeted practice to each individual student.
