Technology is the present and future of our society and I want my students to embrace all facets of technology, not just the social media side of technology that fits in the palm of their hands. I am asking for an iPad Pro for my classroom to continue bringing science alive for my students. I envision using this technology to aid in collaboration during science labs and experiments. For example, as students work in small groups to conduct experiments they can use the iPad Pro at their group to add their data to the overall data table for the whole class. Students can also use this iPad Pro to draw models of their lab findings to help elicit understanding from their peers.
