The headset will allow me to interact with my students more efficiently and with higher quality. As a science teacher, our classes are typically full of active exploration and I want to replicate that the best I can for my students while they learn from home during this pandemic. When we video conference, it can be hard to hear students clearly through a laptop speaker. The headset will enable my students to hear my voice more clearly, enable me to hear them more clearly, and ensure their privacy. By utilizing the whiteboard paper, printer toner, and copy paper, I can create and print vocabulary word walls to assist in teaching science content. This is especially helpful for my special education students and English language learner students.
