The products I selected will allow my students to practice important reading, writing and math skills during independent, small group and independent work times.
The magnetic wipe boards will be placed in each student's "reading bag" and will be used at home during remote learning to practice spelling and sight words. My kids love wipe boards and they will help them stay engaged while I am reading with small groups during guided reading time. They can use dry erase markers or magnetic letters to practice. They will also be used when my kids are working with me during small group instruction.
The Unifix cubes will be placed in each student's "math bag" and used during whole group, small group and independent work times. These math manipulatives are important for building number sense and are especially helpful for my visual and kinesthetic learners. They are also used as a math tool for my students that struggle in math.
