My school district is starting the year with a hybrid model so my students will attend school both in person as well as virtually. These books will be the foundation of our daily CREW lessons which focus on nurturing students' social and emotional well being. My goal is for my students to grow in their social and emotional development and feel confident and comfortable to make their own choices to be successful both in and out of school. If it’s determined that we need to transition to remote learning once again, these books can be used as read-alouds during our daily Zoom meetings as a whole class.
