My fabulous first graders will be starting the school year remotely. Many do not have access to printers, scanners, or learning materials at home. A Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will give me the opportunity to purchase learning materials that are easy to print, laminate, and mail home to my students so that they have ways to practice what they're learning without being in front of a screen. Last spring was difficult for them as they left school without knowing that they would not return to Kindergarten again in person. I am sure that they would love receiving fun learning centers in the mail this year!
