Students will get to read and vote on which book they think should win the Golden Sower award this year! These books will be part of our Reading Room library. I have been working hard to build a collection with high interest texts for middle schoolers. Golden Sowers are just that! My goal is for students to become life-long readers who want to explore the world through literature. Each week, students have time in the flexible seating areas of the classroom to work on persevering through texts. I hope for some friendly debates about the merits of the writing as well as the subject matter!
