Having proper equipment not only ups the quality of video production and yearbook, but also makes student operation easier. The yearbook will benefit from being able to get closer to the action and provide higher-quality images. Currently we only have one set of lenses that don't offer much in the way of zoom. The yearbook is the students opportunity to create memories that will last a lifetime, and being able to offer the students more creative options through better technology ensures these memories will be in crystal-clear focus. Replacing worn camera bags ensures the longevity of the equipment and teaches organizational skills. Additionally, having a safe, positive classroom environment helps the students be at ease and make learning more equitable. Posters and motivational speeches offer support to students without them having to ask for it.
