With these mats, we will be able to promote safe social distancing and healthy practices by wiping down the mats after each use. We will teach a variety of activities such as yoga, strength training, and mindfulness during each of our classes. Students can feel safe with their own personal (and distanced) space. Although we are apart, we can come together as one through healthy habits! We can help students learn how to deal with the stress that they are going through by being one with their emotions, bodies, and spirit. These kids have gone through more than we can imagine and any way we can help them be their best self is making our community better!

About my class
