These escape room props will help to challenge students to solve problems in order to open the lock boxes and be able to "escape". I have seen other teachers at schools throughout the country using these new tools. Students have become interested in new and exciting ways to learn information. This activity will engage them in a way that is exciting, new, and unconventional. While these activities are not widely used, they are effective in engaging students in lessons. These materials will help students learn many different health topics, and also encourage problem solving skills, communication skills, and group work. These materials will be able to be reused year after year.
