So many aspects of teaching have changed in response to COVID-19, but one thing that hasn´t changed are the students. They are just as excited to be returning to school, to see their teachers and friends, and to start learning! We know that children are the most successful when they are comfortable and have some choice and control over their learning, such as choosing where they would like to sit in the classroom. Much of this choice will not be possible given the restrictions of social distancing. But we can still give our students options and control by offering flexible seating within their own personal work space. Wobble seats are the perfect solution to this problem. They allow students to get out of their traditional chair and to wiggle, rock, and move which enhances their focus and performance. By donating to our project, you will help to improve and increase student attention and focus which will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Students will be able to choose which type of seating is the best for them while still maintaining the safety of social distancing. By increasing their movement and making students more comfortable, we will increase their concentration and productivity.
