Last year we didn't have enough tablets for my classroom when connecting to Nearpod which is the platform that I use to teach my class. Nearpod is interactive slides that allows student to connect to these slides via smart phone, computer and tablet. Through this connection to the slides student submit answers, take test and quizzes and play learning games. Last year because of a shortage on working tablets, I would give students my Macbook, and personal cell phone just so they could connect to Nearpod and finish assignments. Now that we are distant learning all of my class tablet were handed out leaving my class with zero tablets now. I am in desperate need for a smart function tablet that will last.
