I want to give my students many opportunities to learn, play, grow, and enhance their knowledge. This is a brand new classroom and I would greatly appreciate your help in any way you can. These items will help build social skills, learn numbers, letters, practice counting, sorting, and numerous other skills and benchmarks needed for 4K! The kitchen, dress up storage, table and chair set, and the play kitchen food set will help the students have a fully equipped kitchen area with extra storage to play and build social skills and learn how to use their imagination in different dramatic play themes throughout the year. They learn how to role play, take turns, and have fun while creating new scenarios every time they play. The bookshelf will help to section the classroom off to create an age appropriate environment as well as hold countless books for them to enjoy and read. The block master set will be used to create kid mater pieces. I also have them expand their thinking with STEM projects and themes to challenge them while they are still having fun. The lace bundle kit and magnetic letters will be used for play as well as ABC center time. The bundle kit will help encourage and build fine motor skills. The magnetic letters will be used to learn letters, spell names, making words, etc. The unlock number match, color teddy counters, unifix cubes, and the unifix stairs will be used during play time and math centers. They will all be used to practice counting, color sorting, patterns, etc. For my science center I will have the kids exploring using the magnifying glasses and magnets. I can not wait to meet them and provide a memorable journey.
