Pear Deck allows students to actively engage with presentations in Google Slides. They can self assess to be sure they are comprehending the lesson. I have the free basic version for a few more weeks but need the Premium version to allow my students to still engage with the presentations individually. This will be important especially if our school system reverts to remote learning due to COVID. The basic version of Pear Deck allows students to engage in a live session with the teacher only, but the Premium feature enables teachers to send a link to the interactive presentation to students to work at their own pace and get feedback. Students will greatly benefit from this if we must go to remote learning. Pear Deck is fun for students and keeps their interest. Please help fund the upgrade to Premium. Thank you.
