Giving my students the resources to get physically active at home is important so they do not become sedentary and unhealthy while we are going through this uncertain time. With limited funds these families would not choose to purchase hula hoops and jump ropes for their children, as they need to use their income to provide basic needs for their families. The materials I have selected for this project will allow my students to exercise and stay healthy outside during their distance learning of physical education. I have no doubt that these gifts would make 200 children very happy!
