By providing access to a rich classroom library, I can promote greater amounts of reading, increase reading frequency, and create more diverse reading experiences among my students, thus helping them to attain greater levels of reading achievement! This is a primary goal in my classroom. As a first year teacher, I understand that my children learning to read need access to meaningful and personally interesting books. With this financial assistance, I will be able to introducing my students to a wide range of genres, authors, and topics that they would otherwise miss out on. Thank you for your consideration!
