The reading comprehension workbooks will be used by students at home during remote learning. Sitting in front of a computer all day is not the best way to learn. The reading comprehension workbooks will give them a physical, tactile approach to develop their phonics and decoding skills. It is not always easy to find reading materials that are appropriate for my student's reading levels because they struggle with reading. These workbooks will give my students the opportunity to read at their independent level and feel successful. They will use them for homework and they can practice reading them to me when we meet online for virtual video lessons.
