This project is to help support new texts for my new Spanish class library. From my observations in the classroom, I have selected books that are multicultural and interesting to my students. The textbooks in this project are a combination of fun leveled books that will promote the practice of reading skills. When students have access to meaningful books, they begin to be aware of the world around them! These books that I selected are great for my class. As a bilingual first grade teacher, I can assure you that my first graders will be overjoyed to read the new books.
