Thank you for choosing to view my DonorsChoose project. This is my first year teaching at a public school in Oklahoma. From what I learned about the demographics of the school community, the majority of my students come from very low socioeconomic and poverty-stricken homes. Those bouncy bands will help my increase their focus and attention while learning, decrease their stress and anxiety level, and help them be more successful academically, socially, emotionally, and mentally as well. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and preserve their mental health.
