I am challenging myself and my class to fall in love with reading. I am recreating my classroom library by genre to help kids find books they love and are interested in reading as well as opportunities to branch out to new genres. We are doing a "40 Book Challenge" as a class. I hope they can remember when they begged someone to read to them and realize they get to do that same thing for themselves now. The goal is to create a desire to read before middle school!
