Who doesn’t like to hear a good success story or to learn what works and what doesn’t? In the world of virtual teaching, it is new to all of us. Teachers need the best ideas, tried and true, of what works to meet the needs of our students and to help them grow academically. Just as kids learn from their peers, so do we all; and teachers need other teachers with whom to share creative ideas with, and to help each other to know what they’ve already used, and what works! Teachers Pay Teachers is an incredible resource for teachers to learn great strategies from fellow teachers. I always tell my group of 48 students that “there are 49 students in this room and 49 teachers.” We all learn from each other each and every day. Teachers need other teachers just as students need fellow students and students need teachers.
