I am requesting these items to help meet the needs in our classroom. When working with their teacher, myself, who is hearing impaired and relies on lip reading to help make sure things are understood correctly...this will help both of us to communicate more effectively without having to repeat ourselves for each other all the time. Second graders are still at a young age where being able to see and read facial clues are very vital to helping them learn to read, comprehend, and learn social skills. Please help provide the students in my classroom with these materials. Thank you!
