Through notes, projects, discussions, and readings, we will link our Earth Science and Consumer Math curricula to their daily life. My special education students benefit from hands on lessons and need resources to assist in their learning. The items I'm requesting will give my students the tools to achieve their learning goals and give them a sense of pride. The science magazines will provide current science events and engage them at their reading levels while continuing to challenge them. All these supplies are needed as we are trying our hardest to maintain social distancing while attending in-person schooling. I'd love to have each of my students to have their own materials. I know it's not financially possible for all my students to purchase their own supplies.
