Technology has proven itself to be a great resource in the classroom. It promotes engagement, addresses various learning styles, makes information more accessible, and many other benefits. Through technology, students can engage with content in ways that go beyond a pencil and paper. For my students personally, this technology is extremely beneficial to their learning. Because of their unique needs, they might not conform to typical classroom practices and evaluations. My students will be able to demonstrate their knowledge according to their strengths by using the many applications available on a Kindle Fire tablet. We can use Boom Cards to review content, Jamboard to collaborate with our peers, and ABCYa! to enjoy learning through play.
