My students today are constantly wanting to get out of their seats and work. We have a variety of seating options in the classroom. However, students are often working on the ground or on soft surfaces in groups. They need a seating option that allows them to have a hard surface to work on. Surf Into the New Year will give students the perfect option to work around the room. A surf seat is a seat with a lap desk. Students will not be constricted to working at their seats as a surf seat has a hard surface. Surf seats will allow students to work independently and in groups around the classroom. Surf seats will be used during literacy and math instruction. Overall, these seats will help students work safely. Each seat can be cleaned and wiped down.
