The first thing I put on my list was math manipulatives. I included base ten and money magnets to help with more one on one instruction. With Covid I have needed new strategies to teach my students our concepts. The magnets are for stem and math projects. In 2nd grade we do shapes, arrays and graphs and I can use these hands on magnets to teach and support my different learners. I have so many great ideas for students to use an Ipad with. Like green screens, flipgrids, class dojo, QR codes and other apps. I will also use the Ipad to create lessons, share projects, and design engaging anchor charts. I have learned how much I have to use online platforms for my class, and Ipad would help me organize and send materials with students who cannot be in school. I want my students to best learn and having these materials will reach more learning needs and allow me to create a fun, happy, engaging classroom.
