A Swivl is a device that will make hybrid and virtual learning a breeze for me and my students. A Swivl uses an iPad to track and record the teacher using sound. The Swivl rotates and follows the teacher keeping me in the frame at all times. A Swivl will allow me to move freely around the classroom, utilizing the technology and manipulatives in my classroom without the hassle of having to stay in one place. While teaching kindergarten, this will be an invaluable tool to keep young students engaged. It will allow me to incorporate many types of teaching strategies instead of remaining stationary and talking to a screen. My kindergarteners would grateful for the heightened learning experience!
