Our players are facing some unprecedented times. We are being exposed to more and more germs every day. This is especially concerning during the outbreak of COVID-19. We would like to have every player have their own school helmet to use to prevent sharing and sanitizing between each batter. Safety is of our utmost concern. If we can prevent our student-athletes from spreading this virus, it will help save lives and it will prevent shut down of athletics and face to face school. Both of these are essential to teenagers in order to be successful. There are so many benefits to team sports. It will be detrimental to so many if they are not allowed to participate.
