With school starting virtually, my astronomy, earth science, and chemistry students will need to engage in interactive instruction. The video equipment will allow me to pre-record labs and demonstrations that students would normally complete in person. The drawing tablet will allow me to model, illustrate, and label diagrams, and students can then follow along with me in labeling their own diagrams. It will also allow me to write out complex math and chemistry equations in real-time to provide help and instruction to my students, helping meet the needs of all my learners.
