I work with students both on an individual basis and in small and large groups. As we begin school virtually, I will conduct weekly guidance lessons for all grade levels and support students by providing them with many strategies and lessons to help them through these stressful and unprecidented times. I would like to provide students with simple And interactive online lessons on a variety of topics. Some topics include: mindfulness, school success strategies, homework frustration, and effective ways to handle anxiety and stress. Students will have ways to share their struggles and concerns with me through interactive and online tools. They will also be able to access these lessons and strategies on a regular and as needed basis.
