My students are going into TK and are brand new to school. I want to welcome them with exciting learning materials. I want to put together a Learning Kit for all their needed materials and resources to assist them in learning from home. My students are going to be shy and nervous and it is going to be one of their earliest experiences in school. I want to show my students and their parents that virtual learning is possible and I believe we can all do it successfully, together! My students need hands-on materials, like workbooks and lined paper for handwriting practice to be successful and ready for their educational journey. I have requested headphones so that my students can listen without distractions of outside noise. As first time students, they need to know how to use scissors. I have requested scissors so that I can teach them to use scissors safely and accurately. This will prepare them for future cutting and pasting letter crafts.
