These materials will help my students tremendously. Due to COVID-19, my first graders had a shortened kindergarten year. They are struggling readers at the moment and our resources are very limited. Due to procedures that must be followed, reading centers have become difficult since we cannot share books. Manipulative are a great way of helping students learn and that is something else our class is lacking. Being a first year teacher, materials are not easy to get quickly. I want my students to have the best education they can, but we are struggling to get the best materials. It has come to a point where worksheets are all they can do and some students do not learn best that way.
